Restarting a Subsystem
This function shuts down the subsystem and then restarts it.
To restart the subsystem:
1. Click the AdminTool tab.
2. Click the Subsystem Information icon.
3. Click the Shutdown/Restart button.
4. Click the Restart button.
5. Type “confirm” in the field provided.
6. Click the Confirm button.
When the controller shuts down, your WebPAM PROe connection is lost.
7. Wait no less than two minutes.
8. In your browser, click Logout in the WebPAM PROe Header, then log in
again.
If you cannot log in immediately, wait 30 seconds and try again.
Important
Do NOT turn off the power supply switches on the RAID
subsystem or JBOD expansion units.
